Tim Case is the President and Owner of Case & Company, LLC, bringing over 27 years of hands-on experience as an Insurance Adjuster, Appraiser, Umpire, and Certified Court Expert. Based in the Southeast, Tim has managed more than 10,000 claims — ranging up to $20 million — across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, working alongside every major insurer in the region.
Tim's career began at GAB Robins, where he built a strong foundation in all-lines claims adjusting and mentored the next generation of adjusters. He went on to co-found AdjustCo, LLC, before establishing Case & Company in 2020, where he now leads a full-service adjusting firm specializing in complex claims, appraisals, mediations, and expert witness services.
A graduate of the University of New Orleans with a B.S. in Business Management, Tim holds adjuster licenses in Louisiana, Florida, Texas, Alabama, and Mississippi, and is a registered LA Appraiser/Umpire. His competencies span property and liability claims, business interruption, stock loss, and dispute resolution — all delivered with an unwavering commitment to exceptional service and fair outcomes.
